Private Training

Looking to take your game to the next level?

East FC is proud to offer private training opportunities with a select group of coaches who have been vetted and approved by our club for one-on-one or small group instruction. These coaches bring experience, professionalism, and a deep understanding of player development—and are ready to work with athletes who are motivated to grow beyond the regular training schedule.

Whether your player is looking to sharpen technical skills, improve tactical understanding, or build confidence on the ball, private training offers personalized instruction tailored to their individual goals.

Each coach listed below is available for direct contact. Families may reach out to arrange training sessions and discuss availability, location, and rates directly with the coach. All sessions are scheduled outside of regular East FC team training hours.

These sessions are optional and serve as a valuable supplement to our team-based programming.

Coach Ashley

About Coach Ashley

Ashley Ladner brings over eight years of coaching experience in New York, along with five years of private training, to her role as a soccer coach committed to nurturing technical skill, mental toughness, and a deep love for the game. She is currently a second grade teacher at a school in Kentwood as well.

A former Division I collegiate midfielder, Ashley starred for the University at Albany, where she made 15 appearances in 2023, scored the game-winning goal vs. Rider.  In 2022, she started 10 matches, contributed a goal and an assist, and played over 1,000 minutes.

Before U of Albany, Ashley transferred from the University at Buffalo. Hailing from Oceanside, NY, she was a standout for Oceanside High School—earning All-State, All-County, and All-Conference honors, and being named Conference Player of the Year in 2018.   She also was a three-time ECNL “Player to Watch,” and was selected to the 2020 Girls IMG Top 150 list growing up.

Her coaching philosophy centers on developing confident, resilient players who understand that success on the field comes from discipline, teamwork, and continual growth—both as athletes and as people. Whether she’s leading a full team session or one-on-one training, Ashley emphasizes individualized feedback, technical precision, and fostering a positive, competitive environment.
