2026-2027 Tryouts

Choosing a club is about more than where you train—it’s about who you become along the way. At East FC, we build competitive, development-driven teams in an environment rooted in joy, belonging, and intentional growth. Our tryout process is designed to give players a real feel for our culture, our coaches, and our style of play—before any decisions are made.

Whether you’re exploring a new challenge or looking for a long-term soccer home, we invite you to experience East FC.

What Coaches Are Looking For

We evaluate far more than goals and speed. East FC coaches assess the whole player, including:

  • Technical ability and comfort on the ball
  • Decision-making and game understanding
  • Work rate, competitiveness, and resilience
  • Coachability and growth mindset
  • Team awareness, communication, and attitude

Players are evaluated across age-appropriate expectations, with long-term development always in mind.
